In this role you will drive the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring goals are met on time, within scope and budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align with client vision, and manage risks and changes to keep stakeholders informed. You’ll lead project demos, steering meetings, and post-project evaluations, focusing on customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on, client-facing position in a fast-growing Salesforce-centered environment. You will shape project outcomes and contribute to Omega CRM’s mission of delivering exceptional CX experiences.

• Monitor project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Lead client demos and resolve implementation issues.
• Manage customer relationships and drive satisfaction; pursue outcome-oriented objectives.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned; solicit customer satisfaction surveys.
• Identify potential Up u0026 Cross-Selling opportunities for the account.

• Participate in training and supervision to enhance team skills.
Responsabilidades
• +5 years of experience in Project Management with proven leadership of Salesforce projects
• +3 years of experience in end-to-end CRM implementation processes
• Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Jira or similar PM tools
• Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High level)
