Project Sales Specialist – Madrid We're proud to be growing in Madrid, and we're looking for a dynamic Project Sales Specialist to be part of it. You'll join our sales team in Spain, working from the Meet Design Center, the very showroom you'll have seen popping up in our posts, and your base for meeting, training with, and connecting to the stakeholders who matter most to this role. You'll identify and follow up on project opportunities to get our products specified in upcoming developments, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders: architects, developers, construction companies, and contractors.

Actively identify new business opportunities through your network, social media and events, and qualify incoming leads into concrete opportunities
Visit customers and prospects,



offering technical and commercial guidance, product information and training as you build your expertise
Keep a clear handle on your pipeline, directing information and effort toward closing each project
Within 30 days, you'll have completed full training on Orac's culture, products and processes
At 90 days, you'll have a structured account plan in place to hit your sales targets
A degree in a technical or commercial field
A first experience in a commercial or sales role, ideally in a technical, project-based or construction-related environment
A background with promotors or construction companies is a plus
Genuine interest in interior design and technical products, and a real appetite for a career in sales
A commercial mindset, with the drive to build long-term professional relationships
Experience with CRM software and digital tools is a plus
Spanish as your first language, and comfortable working in English, at ease in
