WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Software Engineers and SDETs across build and support squads.
- Act as the technical liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and technical decisions.
- Drive the delivery of new features, customizations, and enhancements within the Dynamics 365 CCaaS platform.
- Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, bug fixes, and performance optimization in production environments.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and security teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Promote DevOps best practices, automation, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines across squads.
- Ensure compliance with design principles, coding standards,



and configuration-over-customization best practices.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Years' experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS).
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong experience with Power Platform.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices.
- Experience leading technical teams and collaborating across multiple squads.
- Azure knowledge is highly desirable.
