The position is based in Madrid and contributes to ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing, and helping the business maintain financial visibility and control.
Assist the Finance Manager with the monthly closing process, supporting activities such as the preparation and posting of journal entries within the defined framework.
Assist in preparing basic financial reports and analysis for the French Finance team
Help maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Support monitoring of expenses and assist in tracking indirect spend




Prepare data and supporting files for forecasting and budgeting activities
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Finance team and business stakeholders
Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to basic information requests
Attend finance meetings with the Country Leadership Team in a supporting capacity
Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and tools
At least 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role (internships included)
High level of English and French;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization)
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
