Задачи:
Supervise the month-end closing process for the Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Polish legal entities
Ensure accurate and timely Financial Statements and Reports
Lead a team of 4-6 accountants from local and international markets
Ensure financial audits are submitted on time and collaborate with external auditors
Review and approve monthly reconciliations for BS and P&L;
Ensure compliance with local tax legislation and requirements
Ensure accounting and financial Policies and Procedures comply with prevailing legislation
Map process improvements and collaborate with the Accounting PMO on planning, execution, and implementation
Participate in local ERP implementations and other finance projects
Prepare ad hoc analyses explaining P&L; deviations from the Business Plan
Adapt to changes in company policy, tax regulations, and legislation




Требования:
~ Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
~8+ Years of applicable Accounting experience in multinational companies
~ Experience in people management positions
~ Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing processes
~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
~ Good understanding and experience of GAAP/IFRS
~ Fluent English with clear and effective written and oral communication
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
~ Strong analytical skills
~ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
~ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
~ Nice to have: experience with SAP S4/HANA and OneStream, ERP migration experience, Project Management experience
