This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through insight-led, personalized marketing initiatives.
The ABM Manager will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of ABM programs, working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel engagements that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical capabilities,



and the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders including account teams, sales managers, and partner organizations.
Design and execute ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) aligned with area and global frameworks that drive measurable business impact
Partner with account teams to translate account priorities into insight-led marketing programs
Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
Execute multi-channel programs (events, digital) that deliver personalized account experiences
Collaborate with demand generation and partner marketing teams to ensure ABM programs integrate with broader go-to-market efforts
Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
Collaborate with the integral ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices
