As a Fashion Support Consultant, You Will

Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)




Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
If you are passionate about helping others and delivering excellent customer experiences, you will thrive with us.
Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish
Have a good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)
Feel comfortable working in a customer service environment
Have strong customer care skills, including active listening and problem-solving
Full-time (39 hours/week) permanent contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)
Onsite Barcelona Office
Fully paid training on the company and your project
