Head of Iberia Equity Derivatives Sales - Madrid Our client, a leading player in cross-asset solutions, is seeking a Head of Iberia Equity Derivatives Sales to be based in Madrid. This is a permanent leadership role, overseeing a small, high-performing team and driving the Iberian strategy across equity derivatives for both institutional and distribution clients. Lead and manage a small sales team focused on equity derivatives across Iberia.
Develop and execute the overall Iberian strategy for equity derivatives sales.
Collaborate closely with trading, structuring and cross-asset solution teams.
Institutional & Distribution Coverage: Proven track record managing and growing relationships with institutional investors and distribution networks.
Sales Leadership: Experience managing a small sales team, setting targets, coaching, and driving performance.
Capability to design and implement a sales strategy for the Iberian market.
