We’re building the outbound engine that will define how legal teams adopt AI at scale. As BDR Team Manager , you’ll lead and grow a team of BDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline for Mid-Market/Enterprise and SMB, partnering tightly with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to land strategic accounts, with a focus on the Italian market.




Own pipeline creation for your segment: targets for meetings held, SQLs, qualified pipeline €, coverage, and conversion rates.
Lead, coach, and develop BDRs : weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/account coaching, skill diagnostics, performance plans; raise the bar on quality, not just activity.
Operational excellence : forecasting for pipeline generation, dashboarding, QA of CRM hygiene, and tight feedback loops with AEs on lead quality and disposition.
Cross-functional alignment : translate market feedback into product/marketing inputs; Experimentation and iteration : run A/B tests on messaging, segments, channels, sequences; Strong coaching craft : you can diagnose why performance is low (skill vs will vs territory vs messaging) and fix it with a plan.
Data-driven operator : comfortable with funnel metrics, conversion levers, experimentation design, and performance management.
