Company Description The Regional Distributor Specialist represents Red Bull in the region, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model in his/her area of responsibility, ensuring a perfect customer service, as well as the continuous development of the full Red Bull energy drinks portfolio in the On Premise and Traditional channels as well as C&C; accounts.
Secure Numeric and Weighted Distribution targets.
Facilitate and provide support to his/her collaborator-s (direct reports)
Support to define and follow up development goal-s of his/her collaborator-s.
STRATEGY AND PLANNING
Define and provide insights based in data for a long-term and ambitious distribution model in his/her area.
Accurate forecasting and follow up of every different budget.
Be able to deep dive into data to accurately plan and monthly phase Sell In targets by sku.




Be able to deep dive into sell out analysis of the key accounts to define clear plans and targets aligned with the department goals.
Advanced in Power Point and Excel.
Familiar with financial SAP/BI systems
