Strada is seeking a Client Success Leader to own cross-country client relationships and P&L; within a Strategic POD. You’ll partner with country teams, AMS/ITCSO, and Sales to ensure service excellence, governance, and value realization worldwide.
The role requires 4–6 years in customer success or operations, deep knowledge of SLAs and payroll platforms, and a proven ability to drive revenue retention while improving client satisfaction. Fluency in English and a business degree are essential.
