Engineering Manager (FX Risk Management)

As an Engineering Manager in our Málaga hub, your mission is to build and lead the teams that build the best client risk management application in the market.
This role focuses on client risk management, which helps clients understand,
manage and reduce their exposure to foreign exchange risk. The domain builds products and capabilities that enable clients to identify their currency exposure, define appropriate risk management strategies, and protect their businesses against adverse currency movements through hedging solutions.
Own Client Outcomes: Take real client problems end-to-end, owning experience, APIs, data, and iteration with full trust and autonomy.
Coach engineers through actionable feedback, clear growth paths, and performance management.
Translate ambiguous business outcomes into clear roadmaps. Guide architecture and design reviews for high-scale, event-driven transactional systems on AWS and BigQuery.
Operational Health: Ensure production-grade stability, humane on-call loads, testing standards, CI/CD, and strong observability.
Engineering Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing software engineering teams with a track record of mentor
