We are looking for an Assistant Director of Human Resources to join our
leadership team and contribute to the development of our people, culture, and
employee experience across the resort.

As Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will support the Director of Human
Resources in leading and implementing the resort's people strategy while
ensuring excellence in day-to-day HR operations.





You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural luxury
hospitality environment and be able to handle sensitive employee matters with
professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and discretion.

You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and
high-performance culture, partnering closely with department leaders and
employees across the resort.

We are looking for a proactive, approachable, and business-oriented HR
professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational
abilities, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Your Responsibilities

* Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation, collective agreements, and
applicable company policies.
* Contribute to workforce planning, staffing analysis, and organizational
effectiveness.
* In conjunction with the Director of Human Resources, lead HR projects,
audits, meetings, and initiatives at resort and Marriott level.
