To support our continued growth in Spain, we're looking for an enthusiastic Regional Key Account Manager based in Barcelona to help us grow one of innocent's most important regions: from Catalonia to Alicante, including the Balearic Islands.

It's the perfect role for someone with strong FMCG commercial experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.



As the only innocent commercial representative based in the region, you'll need to be a self-starter who enjoys working independently, taking ownership and making things happen.

You'll be

leading the commercial development of regional grocery retail customers across your territory
managing and growing relationships with regional distributors and identifying new opportunities for the brand
negotiating and delivering joint business plans covering assortment, promotions, pricing, visibility and activations
analysing customer performance and turning insights into action plans that drive growth
owning sales forecasts, trade investment tracking and business targets
spending time in the field with customers, distributors and stores to ensure excellent execution
acting as an ambassador for the innocent brand across your region

work closely with the Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Management and Sales teams
