Purpose of the Role:
As a Dutch Junior Campaign Specialist, you will collaborate with a portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns. Your work will make a tangible impact on their business success. This is a target-driven environment where your individual results contribute to the overall teams success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted consultant for customers to onboard and develop Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns.
- Analyze and understand customer needs to craft tailored marketing solutions.
- Increase campaign effectiveness, drive upsells, and ensure long-term sustainability of advertising accounts.
- Manage a high volume of potential clients through daily phone communication.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong desire to meet and exceed productivity targets, task points, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pitch ideas and create compelling proposals.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Sharp analytical mindset and strong data interpretation skills.
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering business success.
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
- Language Skills:
- Native-level Dutch.
- High-level English proficiency.

- Full-Time Position: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 23,876 gross/year.
- Additional Bonus Potential: Up to 3,408 gross/year.
