Share Associate Commercial Counsel (English)
Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
~ Experience counseling and negotiating on professional services, security or other cloud commercial offerings.
~ Ability to communicate in English fluently, to engage with clients in the region.
Proven experience in managing, negotiating with, and advising clients on structuring complex IT-law projects, technology agreements, and cloud computing transactions (including public sector and enterprise engagements).
Understanding of cloud computing, IT extended workforce, public and private procurement, professional services, and data privacy regulations.
In this role, you will work on the most exciting legal issues as disruptive technological innovations require creative and proactive legal guidance.
You will be a part of a whip-smart group of in-house lawyers and the projects and cases you take on issues you think big and differently. As an integrated part of the team, you will proactively assess legal risks, help the business close agreements and advise on products that will not only move information into the 21st century, but move information law forward as well.
