Project duration: Define the HSE strategy, manage documentation updates, and assign key resources.
Supervise the site HSE team, review planned activities and associated risks, and provide risk profiles and mitigation proposals to the Home Office HSE Manager.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with HSE standards, attend and perform project HSE audits as required.
Oversee incident notifications and investigations per procedures, ensure corrective actions are implemented, and issue Safety Alerts and Lessons Learned.
Assess HSE resource needs (management, technical, training, staffing)



with the Site and Project HSE Managers.
Ensure project-wide integration of health policies, including substance control and health risk management.
Implement and enforce Client HSE programs: Lead HSE meetings with contractors and the Client.
Submit weekly/monthly HSE reports to the Client and Home Office HSE Manager.
