Norwegian-Speaking Sales Development Representative – Digital Marketing & Ads Products

As a Norwegian-Speaking Sales Development Representative, you will act as a key growth catalyst for our dynamic digital marketing division. Working with market-leading online advertising tools and innovative ad tech solutions, you will empower businesses across the Nordic region to scale their online presence, optimize their campaign performance, and achieve exceptional market reach.
Targeted Business Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and strategic email outreach to identify, engage, and pitch tailored digital advertising solutions to prospective B2B clients across the Nordic market.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Build, expand, and systematically update a detailed customer database in our CRM platform, ensuring clean pipeline data, accurate client records, and disciplined follow-up strategies.
Address complex client inquiries, assess unique business needs,



and clearly demonstrate the measurable ROI, reach, and value of integrating advanced digital ad products.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and monthly revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
Native or C2-level proficiency in Norwegian with advanced/fluent business English. Proficiency in additional Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) is considered a strong advantage.
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 20 months in direct B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or account acquisition, with demonstrated expertise utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and drive client engagement.
Nordic Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with Nordic business etiquette, cultural nuances, and the broader regional digital marketing landscape.
