We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join our established engineering hub in Spain. You’ll be stepping into a mature, integrated team and helping push it forward: improving our platform architecture, raising our quality bar, and building robust, scalable features that tens of thousands of users rely on every day.
Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps/platform teams to build meaningful features through our Agile SDLC/Kanban workflow.
Participate in engineering retrospectives focused on testing, architecture, automation, and coding standards.
Always think beyond the code - you’ll focus on delivering value and improving the user experience for our customers.
You’ll join our Backend Guild, collaborating closely with Product, Platform, DevOps, and Frontend teams. We care deeply about quality, performance, and a great developer experience – supported by clean architecture, code generation, linters, templates,



and test-driven development.
We don’t believe in checklists - but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:
~5+ years of backend development experience.
~2+ years of experience with a strongly typed language or TypeScript.
~ Solid background in unit and integration testing.
~ Experience with message brokers (SNS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, etc.).

Bonus: Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, GCP or AWS, gRPC and protobufs.
