What is our proposal?
We are looking for a B2B Partner Onboarding & Enablement Specialist to support the growth of Exoticca's B2B channel by delivering high-quality onboarding and training experiences to our travel agent partners.
This role plays a key part in ensuring travel agents fully understand our platform, tools, value proposition, and sales processes , enabling them to confidently sell Exoticca's luxury travel products in key markets such as USA, Canada, Mexico,



and the UK .
The adecuado candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working closely with external partners on a daily basis through live online training sessions. You enjoy explaining products, influencing adoption, and helping partners succeed commercially. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and confidence delivering trainings in English and Spanish are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live onboarding and training sessions to B2B travel agents in English and Spanish (approximately 5 sessions per day ) via Google Meet.
- Ensure agents fully understand:
- 1) How to use the Exoticca B2B platform.
- 2) Key selling points and value proposition
- 3) Target customer profiles and how to position Exoticca products
- Actively support agent adoption by:
- 1) Calling and emailing agents to sign up and attend trainings.
- 2) Managing pre- and post-training commu
