The primary purpose of this position is to lead national sales performance, developing and executing strategies that drive sustainable revenue and market share growth across Australia.
Develop and implement national sales strategy aligned with objectives
Lead, coach, and motivate multi-state sales teams to targets




Build key account relationships and lead major contract negotiations
Manage national sales pipeline and review performance for conversions
7+ years of sales experience, including senior national leadership roles
~ Experience within industrial workwear, hospitality uniforms, fire-resistant uniforms, or related B2B markets
~ Proven success leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams and exceeding targets consistently
~ Strong strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and people management skills
Sound knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, CRM, and performance management
EARN $165,000 - $175,000 + Super + Sales Bonus
