Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company. WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ 3+ years of experience
in Change Management, Project Management or Transformation initiatives, ideally within complex international organisations. Proven experience leading
change management activities for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations
or similar business transformation programmes. Strong understanding of
P2P processes , particularly across procurement, invoicing and supplier management. Experience working with
global and local stakeholders
across different functions and countries. Strong
project management and coordination skills , with the ability to track deliverables, actions, milestones and deadlines. Experience managing change activities across
multiple countries and locations . Hands-on experience identifying
resistance to change
at an early stage and proactively addressing issues and challenges. Proven experience contributing to or leading a
change programme within a project environment . Strong
stakeholder management skills , with the ability to work effectively with senior management and local business teams. Excellent
documentation, reporting and organisational skills . Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for adapting
training and communication materials
to different audiences. Ability to work with a high degree of
independence, ownership and proactivity . Previous experience with
Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft
is considered a plus. Familiarity with
Agile methodology and Agile mindset
is a plus. Fluent English and Spanish
are mandatory. Experience working in an international environment is highly valued.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? Support the
rollout of Coupa P2P
across
Sud America , coordinating key change management and project deliverables. Define, maintain and continuously update the
Change Management Strategy and Change Plan . Develop and coordinate
communication plans , ensuring relevant messages are adapted and distributed through local teams. Develop and maintain
training plans
for each location and coordinate training-related activities and data. Create and adapt
training and communication materials
according to local business needs. Conduct
Business Readiness Assessments
and monitor readiness across the different locations. Identify, track and manage
resistance to change, issues and potential blockers
throughout the implementation. Coordinate actions and deliverables through
weekly action trackers , ensuring activities remain aligned with project timelines. Work closely with global and local stakeholders across
procurement, invoicing and supplier management
functions. Support stakeholders throughout the
Go-Live and Hypercare phases ,
ensuring effective adoption of the new processes and solution. Coordinate change activities across multiple countries, taking into account
local requirements, stakeholders and timelines . Contribute to the preparation of the upcoming upcoming European wave, including change management activities related to
works council requirements, translations and local adaptations . Provide regular
status updates, documentation and reporting
to project stakeholders and senior management. Proactively identify risks, dependencies and areas requiring additional change support.
