Amazon Sales Coordinator
to join our E-Commerce team at our Barcelona HQ.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in
Amazon Vendor Central
who enjoys managing product catalogues, optimizing listings and supporting commercial performance across Amazon marketplaces. You will play a key role in ensuring catalogue accuracy, enhancing product content and supporting the day-to-day operations of one of our most important digital sales channels.
The main tasks of the position are: The Amazon Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing product catalogue data, supporting commercial activities and maintaining listing health across Amazon Vendor Central.
Vendor Central Catalogue Management • Manage day-to-day SKU setup and maintenance within Amazon Vendor Central • Create and maintain ASINs, parent-child relationships and variation structures • Ensure catalogue setup follows Amazon best practices, including optimized product titles, descriptions and bullet points • Support new product launches, range extensions and catalogue updates • Perform regular catalogue health checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Listing Management & Content Optimization • Own listings, catalogue health and product content across Amazon marketplaces • Coordinate product imagery, descriptions,
videos and A+ Content to meet brand standards • Run new item setup in collaboration with cross-functional teams • Perform keyword research to improve product discoverability and search performance • Manage listings across multiple marketplaces, brands and sales channels
Vendor Support & Issue Resolution • Open and manage listing, performance and account health cases with Amazon Vendor Support and the Amazon Customer Success Manager (CSM) • Monitor listing health, including suppressed or deactivated listings, negative feedback and intellectual property complaints • Investigate and resolve catalogue issues, variation breakages and attribute conflicts • Escalate recurring issues with clear documentation and root-cause analysis
Sales, Stock & Trading Support • Prepare and distribute sales, stock and trading performance reports • Monitor sell-in, sell-out, inventory levels and product availability • Analyze Vendor Central reports to identify risks and commercial opportunities • Support promotional activities, deal submissions and key trading events • Provide reporting and insights to support business decisions
Continuous Improvement • Ensure product data quality and catalogue integrity across Amazon marketplaces • Help improve processes related to catalogue management and reporting • Support the wider Amazon team with operational and commercial initiatives
Position requirements:
Qualifications: • Previous hands-on experience with
Amazon Vendor Central • Experience managing Amazon listings and product catalogue data • Strong understanding of ASINs, variation structures and catalogue management • Experience using Vendor Central flat files • Experience with A+ Content and/or Amazon Brand Stores • Knowledge of keyword research for Amazon listings • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Fluent English

Preferred • Experience supporting Amazon Vendor or Account Managers • Understanding of Amazon retail KPIs and trading mechanics • Experience supporting international Amazon marketplaces • Exposure to stock, forecasting or supply chain coordination What We Offer
