Our client develops advanced manufacturing instruments based on solid-phase synthesis which is used within the pharmaceutical industry. Right now they are in a commercialization phase and expanding their presence globally, but with a continued focus on development.

You will lead a growing chemistry team of approximately 6 people that may grow up to 10 going forward- Youll take overall responsibility for organising the daily work, development and future scaling of the company’s laboratory and service operations.

However, you will need a good understanding of organic chemistry and how the daily work in a lab looks like.

A key part of your role will be to create greater structure and accountability across laboratory activities, development projects and customer service assignments.



You will establish clear priorities, improve planning and ensure that teams have the processes and support they need to deliver consistently.

You will also work with the service organisation. Whilst not the main part of the job, this will involve speaking with external partners and customers in order to improve the customer service as well as escalating any potential issues if needed.

You'll be a member of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

A degree in chemistry or related disciplince. Ideally Organic Chemistry or with a strong understanding of the subject.
People management experience of Ph.Commercial thinking and accumen. Fluent in English.

This is a direct employment with our client and you will receive a permanent working contract.
