En Romeu Shipping, buscamos incorporar un/a Learning Coordinator que se responsabilice de liderar el "Programa de Desarrollo de Capacidades" de la compañía.

What will your functions be?

1. Diseñoyplanificacióndeformación

- Diseñarelplananualdeformaciónenbasealasnecesidadesorganizativas.
- Identificarnecesidadesformativasmedianteevaluaciones,feedbackyperformancereviews.
- Definiritinerariosformativosporáreasyroles(hardskills,softskillsycompetenciasdigitales).

2. Coordinaciónoperativa

- Coordinarlasaccionesformativasinternasyexternas.
- Planificarelcalendarioformativo.
- Gestionarproveedoresyformadores.
- Organizarconvocatorias,inscripcionesylogística(salas,plataformas,materiales,etc.).
- Asegurarelcumplimientodelasobligacionesformativaslegalesencadapaís.
- Gestionarbonificacionesencoordinaciónconelequipolaboral.
- Controlarelpresupuestodeformación.

3. Desarrollodetalento

- Participarenprogramasdedesarrollo(onboarding,liderazgo,upskillingyreskilling).
- Promoverunaculturadeaprendizajecontinuoydigital.
- Apoyariniciativasdeengagementyculturaorganizativa.

4. Calidadymejoracontinua

- Asegurarquelasaccionesformativasvinculadasacertificacionesesténcontempladas.
- AplicarlaPolíticadeCalidadensuámbitoderesponsabilidad.
- Apoyarproyectosdemejoracontinuaenherramientasyprocesosdeformación.

What are we looking for?

- Experienciapreviaen rolessimilares deformación/Learning&Development;,preferiblementeenentornointernacional.




- Experienciaen diseñoygestióndeplanesdeformación .
- Nivelaltode inglésyfrancés (imprescindible).
- Capacidaddeorganización,planificaciónygestióndemúltiplesproyectos.
- Buenashabilidadesdecomunicaciónycoordinacióncondiferentesstakeholders.
