We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Game Presenters to join an international team in Madrid. This is a unique opportunity to start an international career in a dynamic and fast-growing industry — no previous experience required.
About the Role As a Game Presenter, you will be the face of live online games, interacting with players in real time and delivering an engaging and entertaining experience.
You will work in a modern, studio-based environment with a diverse, international team.
Key Responsibilities
Host and present live online games in Dutch
Engage with players in a professional and entertaining manner
Create a positive and interactive experience on camera
Follow company presentation and game procedures
Maintain high performance and quality standards
Candidate Profile
Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in front of a camera
Positive, energetic, and engaging personality




Versátil to work rotating shifts (including nights)
Open to relocating and working on-site in Madrid
Working Schedule
~ Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
~4-5 working days per week + 2-3 days off
~ Schedules provided in advance
~ Possibility to swap shifts with colleagues
~ Morning: 07:55 - 15:00
~ Afternoon: 14:55 - 23:00

Compensation
Dutch language bonus: €4/hour (on camera)
Performance bonus: up to €3/hour
Relocation Package
~ Flight ticket (or train within Spain)
~25 days of accommodation upon arrival
~€1,000 with first salary
~€500 with second salary

Training
~2 weeks of paid training (no experience required)
~ Monday to Friday, 6 hours/day
~ Training includes game rules, presentation skills, and systems
