Job description

Context

Assignment for an experienced IT project manager to lead at least two independent Workplace/IT projects in an international context, in coordination with multiple stakeholders. The assignment includes change management, reporting, steering committees, and preparing the transition into BAU.

Working Conditions





- Hybrid presence: 2 to 3 days on-site

- Languages: Spanish, French, English

- Required experience: 8+ years

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of DevOps environments
- Experience managing Workplace and End User Services projects
- Ability to manage several independent projects
- Skills in risk management and mitigation planning
- Change management skills
- Experience facilitating steering committees and reporting
- Ability to work in an international matrix environment
- Excellent communication across all hierarchical levels, countries, and cultures
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, and English
