The role requires strategic thinking, excellent people skills, and a willingness to roll up sleeves to lead by example and get the job done.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the core functionalities of the main TOS product, N4.
- Design solutions that optimize workflows at container terminals.
- Identify next steps for extending and improving integration solutions, gather requirements, specify design, and work with engineers to develop and validate new features.
- Manage the user experience the end users have using our solutions.
- Create a methodology to help partners integrate with Kaleris in a standard way, reducing risk,



effort, time, and resources.
- Serve as the primary product owner for user interfaces used by dispatchers, planners, clerks, and equipment operators.
- Collaborate with the Engineering department to develop new solutions and features.
- Collaborate with the Testing department to create a meaningful test strategy for integration and automation solutions.
- Maintain a passion for making the complex simple and creating exceptional products that non‑coders can implement and use.
