Our client is a high-growth regulatory technology business, whose AI-driven platform helps financial institutions manage risk, streamline compliance and keep pace with an ever-shifting regulatory landscape. Having proven the model in the UK, they're now investing in a dedicated European sales presence.

This is a genuine blank canvas: the first dedicated European sales hire for a fast-scaling RegTech platform, with a real quota, real autonomy, and no ceiling on what you can earn.

The role

- Territory covering France, Benelux, DACH and the Nordics
- A pure new-business, hunter role
- Year one is a ramp period, building to a £1m new-business quota in year two
- Pipeline is roughly 50% self-generated and 50% delivered via a dedicated outsourced SDR function
- Fully remote, joining an established sales team of six

What they're looking for

- At least 3 years' quota-carrying sales experience, ideally selling into fintechs, capital markets or wider financial services




- Comfortable engaging compliance and operations stakeholders as the primary buyer (occasionally legal)
- A background in KYC/AML is a strong crossover fit; broader regulatory or compliance exposure is a bonus rather than a requirement
- A demonstrable track record of quota attainment at a meaningful scale - this isn't going to be a fit for anyone used to carrying quotas below £250k
- A proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote-first set-up
- Additional European languages alongside English are a strong plus
