HERZOG PROJECTS stands for professional property and project management of high-end real estate in Mallorca. For our location in Paguera, we are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to independently manage several premium properties and serve as the central contact person for our clients. This position combines on-site property care, client relationship management, technical understanding, and project coordination across the island, with the long-term perspective of taking over branch and team leadership.

Your responsibilities

- Independently managing several high-quality properties in Mallorca
- Serving as the personal contact person for property owners and clients
- Conducting regular property walkthroughs, property checks, and technical inspections
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking damages, defects, and necessary repairs
- Commissioning, coordinating, and supervising craftsmen, technicians, and external service providers
- Coordinating minor renovation, remodeling, and modernization projects including checking offers, schedules, and costs




- Ensuring consistently high quality standards and keeping owners informed through regular documentation

Your profile

- Fluent communication skills in English, German, and Spanish
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, construction, or project management is an advantage
- Solid technical understanding of buildings and domestic technology
- Strong organizational talent with an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Professional and confident demeanor with high customer and service orientation
- Assertiveness when managing contractors and service providers
- Valid Class B driver's license
