MEININGER Hotels Barcelona Fira Gran Via is looking for a supportive and hands-on F&B; Leader to manage the Service & Bar departments and work closely with the Hotel Manager.
You will lead a team of around 10, ensure standards (HACCP), control costs, train staff, and collaborate with suppliers while delivering a welcoming guest experience.
This role requires 2+ years in F&B; at a hotel/hostel, fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for hospitality and team growth.
