Job Description
As aDataAnalyst atzooplus,you will join ourShopping & MarketsAnalytics team,within the Data and Analytics division, acting as a strategic analytics partner forour appproduct and business teams,
You will own the end-to-end analytics workflow,from dataprovisioningto craftingreports, designing dashboards, conducting exploratory data analysis, creating visualizations,,and insightsgeneration, drivingdata-informed decisions and contributing to product and business performance.

The Shopping & Markets Analytics team empowers product and business teams to make better decisions by transforming transactional and behavioral data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
We partner closely with product teams across the full product lifecycle,from discovery and hypothesis generation to experimentation and impact measurement,while fostering a strong data‑driven culture acrossZooplus.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end analytics pipeline, focusing ontransactionaland behavioraldata analysisusingapplied statistics.
Conduct deep dives intoproduct-specific datasets, providing rigorous and actionable insightsthat support product and business decisions.
Conduct product discovery analysis aligned with productobjectivestoidentifyopportunities, generate hypotheses, and guide experimentation.
Applystatistical techniques(A/B testing, regression analysis, forecasting) to analyze product performance and inform decision-making.
Develop advanceddashboardsandSQL-based reportsto track key performance indicators.
Present findings and recommendationsfor actiontokeystakeholders, adapting communication for different audiences.
Integrate insights frommultiple data sourcesinto a cohesive analytical framework.
Actively contribute to building and sustaining a data‑driven culture, enabling stakeholders to access, understand, and effectivelyleveragedata.
Collaborate closely with product teams throughout the product lifecycle, helping toidentifyopportunities, evaluate experiments, and measure success
Stay updated on analytical advancements and recommend new methodologies ortools.
Qualifications
3+years of experience in a data-driven product environment, preferably in e-commerce.
Strong analytical and statistical background witha criticalthinkingand problem-solvingmindset.
Provenexperience applyingstatistical techniquessuch asA/B testing, regressionanalysisandforecasting tobusiness challenges.
AdvancedlevelinSQL(including query optimization, handling large datasets, and datamart creation)and transactional data analysisfor evaluating business performance and customer behavior.
Experience building dashboardsinTableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
Strong communicationskills and confidence in presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
Experience withAdobe Analytics or similar digital analytics tools.
Ability tosimplify complex data insightsand tailor messaging for different audiences.
Bachelor's orMaster'sdegree inStatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related fieldis preferred.
Nice to have:
Experience workingin/with digital customer facing productteamsandeven-based data.
Experience withPython or Rfor statistical modeling and automation.
Experiencecontributing toanalytics projectsthatimpactedthe whole companyand working cross-functionally with product and business teams.
