An employer in Barcelona is hiring for a German speaking Business Development Representative role and building out their German team.
It's a target-driven role - good fit if you like building relationships and closing deals rather than just fielding inbound requests.
What you'd be doing:

Follow up on leads promptly rather than letting them go cold
Understand the product well enough to answer objections on the spot
Own a pipeline and report on progress against targets
Keep the CRM accurate and up to date as deals move forward
What we're looking for:

Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
