Experienced in pharmaceutical and healthcare events, you know how to manage multiple moving parts while keeping timelines, budgets, stakeholders and compliance requirements under control. You take ownership of your projects, communicate proactively and stay focused on delivering exceptional results, even when priorities shift.
Manage and/or provide support on multiple pharmaceutical events from briefing through delivery and closure, including attendee management, logistics, production coordination and reporting
Ensure full compliance with client procedures, healthcare regulations and approval workflows throughout the project lifecycle
Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams during planning and implementation
Manage timelines, budgets, risks and project documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate closely with Delegate Managers, Travel Specialists and Production teams to deliver a seamless event experience




5+ years of event project management experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including end-to-end attendee management and event delivery
~ Previous experience working within an event agency environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong hands-on experience with Cvent, including website development, attendee management and budgeting
~ Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, and availability to travel regularly
