You'll join as a Marketing Analyst in a consumer health-tech app used by millions, turning raw campaign data into the decisions that shape where spend goes next; Showing the Performance Marketing team which campaigns to double down on, and which to scale back, using attribution, cohort and incrementality analysis.
Owning the data transformation process, from raw channel and MMP data to curated, ready-to-use datasets in a modern stack (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, Omni)
Running experiments with the CRM team to measure what messaging resonates with each user segment.

Experience working hands-on with performance marketing data for a mobile app, covering both channel and MMP data (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar).
Experience with SQL and dbt, plus working knowledge of Python.
A/B tests, geo-lift tests, holdouts and MMM.
