We're growing fast, and recruitment is how we get there. As Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll own hiring end to end for a portfolio of technical and non-technical roles: mapping the market, sourcing, running first interviews, and giving hiring managers a shortlist they trust.
This is a step up for someone with ~2 years in tech recruitment who wants more ownership, harder searches, and a mission worth the effort.
Process & data: keep Teamtailor clean and current so our pipeline and reporting stay reliable.

university fairs and content that show what working here is actually like.
2 years in tech or engineering recruitment (agency or in-house).
~ Fluent English (C1) and Spanish; Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Teamtailor a plus).
~ A third language (Catalan, French, Italian, German…).
