Roles and Responsibilities
Indirect Contract Management
- Lead the end-to-end operational management of the contract life cycle for distributor,



wholesaler and sales representative contracts. This will include drafting, review, execution, renewal, amendment, extension, and termination in close coordination with particularly Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Legal and Compliance teams.
- Ensure contract coverage, expiry dates, status, renewal timelines, key obligations, comprehensive and accurate contract repository, and remediation actions are accurately tracked, maintained, and audit-ready.
- Identify indirect third parties operating without valid contract coverage and drive risk-based remediation, including prioritization of expired or at-risk contracts.
- Partner with Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage customers without valid contract coverage according to agreed controls, escalation pathways, ordering restrictions, and documentation requirements.
