At NTT DATA , we are looking for a Functional Analyst Expert to join an international DevOps team supporting a customer portal. You will play a key role in business analysis and customer incident management, contributing to the identification, prioritization, and tracking of production issues while working in an international and collaborative environment.

Manage customer incidents
Analyze and prioritize production incidents
Proactively identify potential issues
Document and track issues in the system
What we are looking for




5+ years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst Expert
Experience in customer incident management
Experience analyzing and prioritizing production incidents
Experience proactively identifying potential issues
Experience with Jira
Experience with Confluence
Knowledge of Project Management
Experience with REST API Analysis
Knowledge and experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
Languages: High level of English , with the ability to work effectively in an international environment. Spanish is a plus.
Preferred location: Barcelona , with availability to work from the office 1 day per week
Candidates based in Madrid or Zaragoza will also be considered, with availability to work from the Barcelona office every two weeks
