Reflect Eyewear is looking for a Product Creative Director to own the creative and product vision across our eyewear brands — Visionario , Le Parc , and Scalpers Eyewear . This is not a purely strategic or "direction-only" role: you will be hands-on in the design process itself, sketching, developing and detailing models yourself, as well as briefing and directing creative agencies where they're involved. You will lead the full journey of every collection — from concept and creative direction through technical development to launch — working closely with creative agencies, factories, and our sales and buying teams. This is a highly cross-functional role: you are the person the entire design, aesthetic direction, and product quality ultimately rests on, and you need to be fluent in the design tools of the trade to do it.

Define the collection strategy for each brand (scope, categories, positioning, etc.)
Depending on the collection, either brief and direct an external creative agency — reviewing their proposals and driving changes and improvements until it's right — or personally design the full collection yourself, end-to-end: sketching, developing and detailing every model with your own hands and tools
Safeguard design detail, brand identity, and coherence across every collection




Co-design capsule collections with renowned external creatives — architects, interior designers, industrial designers (e.g. Present collections to the relevant brand's internal creative teams (e.g. Scalpers Man and Scalpers Woman) and incorporate their input
Co-design special models for retail stores in collaboration with the brand's own team
Product & technical development
Select the final models and colors to launch, together with the buying team and, where relevant, the brand's own creative team
Carry out quality control on mass production once it arrives in-house, ensuring the product meets defined quality standards
Commercial & go-to-market
Present each collection to the sales network
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, 3D/CAD modeling software such as Rhino, and technical drawing tools used to produce spec sheets and TDs for factories) — you need to be able to sketch, model, and detail a design yourself, end to end
Solid technical understanding of eyewear manufacturing — materials, acetates, lenses, fitting, and quality control
Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Fluent in English
