As a Business Development Representative on our team, you will:





Prospect and engage new customer organizations within your assigned market, creating qualified business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
Research target accounts to identify decision-makers, key stakeholders, and business opportunities.
Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and digital channels to generate qualified sales opportunities.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, business initiatives, and technology challenges.
Qualify opportunities and accurately document customer insights and activities within CRM systems.
Promote a portfolio of technology solutions, including hardware, managed services, and business solutions, tailored to customer requirements.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, CRM data quality, and reporting.
