PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Global Category Management Pricing Analyst will support the Global Category Pricing Manager and Category teams by developing analysis on cost evolution, price benchmarking, margin performance,



and compliance with commercial agreements.
The role is responsible for maintaining accurate cost price databases, building templates for pricing policy guidelines, reviewing pricing simulations, and providing insights to support decision-making at category level. The position will also contribute to the correct implementation of pricing policies and support the identification of opportunities to improve margin performance.
Support the Pricing Manager and Category teams with analysis and insights on cost and retail price evolution to support decision-making and tactical initiatives.
Analyse cost change proposals from vendors using competitive intelligence, consumer insights, and commercial agreement information.
Analyse margin performance, target levels, and potential opportunities for improvement for Category validation.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the cost price database through periodic reviews.
