Job Squad is recruiting on behalf of our client, an international AI-powered Revenue Operations company that helps some of the world's leading advertising platforms and publishers grow. With 2,000+ employees and offices across the US, Europe and Asia, they are expanding their European hub in Málaga and are looking for a French- or Italian-speaking Sales Development Team Lead to lead their SDR team.
You will oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives driving advertiser acquisition, pipeline growth and lead qualification for a major AdTech client. Your job is to make sure the team prospects effectively, engages the right advertisers and converts leads into qualified opportunities – while coaching people, sharpening the outreach playbook and using data to keep improving results.

Lead and mentor the Sales Development team, keeping it aligned with advertiser growth objectives
Track SDR performance metrics: calls, meetings booked, response rates, conversion rates
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless lead hand-off and clean pipeline management




Drive sales enablement: training, scripts and industry best practices for the team
Implement and refine automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) Run regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews and SDR development plans
Prepare and present weekly sales pipeline reports to stakeholders
3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development or Lead Generation
~Proven track record in new business development and excellent client-facing skills
~ Strong expertise in CRM and sales tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach
~ A data-driven mindset and a real interest in sales strategy and optimisation
~ Professional proficiency in French OR Italian, plus fluent English

Permanent contract, EUR up to 40,000 gross per year
Office hours, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement
