SCRM – LIDL Digital Hub
At SCRM, we are looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join our AdOps area based in the very center of Barcelona. The area you will be working in provides AdOps services for various channels, including for our loyalty app which is available in over 28 European countries.
Review marketing content and URLs and monitor performance & quality.
Proactively develop and present ideas for improvements to performance and service quality.
Create and manage campaigns, as well as relevant adjustment on a technical level, across the AdServer, Data Management Platform, and/or tracking tools.
Strong interest in online marketing and new media technologies.
High level of English is required, while German and/or Spanish would be appreciated. Computer Science, Digital Media) or at least 2 years of relevant experience in online marketing.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and results on relevant digital marketing and programmatic campaigns KPIs (and how they can be optimized).

you are detail-oriented with an agile mindset and excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working independently to deliver based on your media experience.
