Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Medical Affairs efforts in Spain and contribute to the European medical strategy for Revolution Medicines’ oncology portfolio. You will build scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare professionals while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. You will collaborate across clinical development, regulatory, HEOR, market access, and medical affairs to drive medical strategy, education, and data dissemination. The position offers high impact by shaping pre-launch and post-launch medical activities in a growing European footprint.

• Develop and implement a pre-launch German Medical Affairs strategy and tactical plan for assigned products and therapeutic areas
• Establish and maintain trusted scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare professionals across Spain
• Provide medical oversight and scientific input to cross-functional teams ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment
• Collaborate with other Medical Science Liaisons, Medical Affairs, and clinical research departments for scientific exchange and education
• Contribute to medical input in promotional and non-promotional materials, internal training, and advisory boards
• Plan and execute national medical meetings, symposia, and congress participation
• Support investigator-initiated trials and local clinical research activities with general/regional teams
• Monitor competitive and scientific landscape to inform internal strategy and insights
• Partner with HEOR and market access to develop real-world evidence and outcomes research projects
• Ensure compliance with German and EU regulatory frameworks governing interactions with healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and CROs (site selection, Site Initiation Visits, investigator engagement)
Responsabilidades
• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) required; oncology experience preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years in Medical Affairs or related functions in pharma/biotech
• Strong understanding of oncology clinical development and evidence generation
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data
• Experience engaging with HCPs, academic researchers, and medical societies
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional, multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 25%)
