What To Expect
As an OLP Advisor, you will be part of Tesla's Ownership & Loyalty Program team, responsible for proactively engaging existing Tesla owners in Spain to drive vehicle renewals and incremental sales. You will manage a portfolio of Sales Orders across multiple campaign types, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and contribute to EMEA-wide OLP performance metrics.

What You'll Do

Proactively contact existing Tesla owners via phone, email, and in-app messaging channels to initiate renewal conversations
Manage and action OLP-related Sales Orders (TFS end-of-contract, anniversary campaigns, and manual renewal campaigns) in a timely manner
Apply the REPEAT Framework to structure customer interactions and maximize conversion rates
Handle customer objections with perseverance and professionalism, adapting to evolving market conditions and customer profiles
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and SO status in internal systems
Collaborate with the broader EMEA OLP team, sharing best practices and contributing to bi-weekly operational reviews




Meet and exceed individual productivity targets and contribute to team KPIs (influenced orders, conversion rate, customer satisfaction)
Communicate in Spanish (and English where required) to deliver a localized, high-quality customer experience
