About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven Agent Lifecycle Ops to report directly to the CEO office and drive impactful actions to improve Huspy’s operational efficiency across Europe.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You will help design the operating model, establish scalable processes, and drive strategic initiatives across different european markets.
The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
Reporting to the CEO Office, supporting the definition and execution of the growth strategy across Europe.
Design and continuously optimize the operating model to support rapid business growth.
Lead and support strategic central initiatives across Europe, driving programmes and initiatives that enable business growth and development..
Support business planning, reporting and P&L; tracking to enable data-driven decision-making.
Analyze business performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives.
