As part of the central CRM team, you will design and execute data-driven CRM strategies to activate, engage and retain users across 9 markets. You’ll own end-to-end campaign delivery across channels and advise on global and local initiatives to reach the right user at the right time. You will lead experimentation, analysis, and actionable improvements, and drive cross-functional projects like dashboards, lifecycle segmentation, and process optimisation. You collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and local teams to align communications with lifecycle stages and business priorities. Responsabilidades
• ≥3 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement, ideally regional/global
• Hands-on with CRM platforms; Braze experience a strong plus
• Strong project and stakeholder management with cross-team influence
• Ability to prioritise multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset using quantitative and qualitative insights
• Excellent English communication; other European languages a plus
