Experteer Overview
As part of EDP's Investor Relations team, you will support equity capital markets topics and strategic equity-related initiatives. You will deliver financial analyses, peer benchmarking, and messaging for senior management to strengthen the investment case. The role offers exposure to strategic finance topics and interaction with external market participants. You will work with cross-functional teams to inform capital allocation decisions and market communications, including during results periods.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support strategic analysis of EDP and EDPR equity stories and translate insights for IR and senior management
• Develop financial, valuation and capital markets analyses for strategic equity topics, including capital allocation and shareholder remuneration
• Assess and implement equity capital markets initiatives, including potential listings and equity raises
• Analyze valuation and share-price performance (SOTP, relative valuation, drivers of gaps)
• Identify opportunities to strengthen investment case and long-term value creation
• Monitor equity market developments, investor positioning, trends and transactions
• Conduct peer/transaction benchmarking across performance, valuation, and capital actions
• Collaborate with Mu0026A, Finance, Strategy, Legal on analyses and communications for transactions
• Prepare strategic analyses and presentations for CFO and leadership on equity market topics




• Support targeted investor/analyst engagement and market communications during key periods
• Contribute to IR activities including research analyses, investor materials and roadshows
• Provide exposure to corporate finance and equity market topics through financial and market analysis

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• 2–6 years of professional experience in IR, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Mu0026A, Strategy or Transaction Services
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance and valuation methods (multiples, DCF, SOTP)
• Interest in equity markets, corporate strategy and energy sector
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data
• Ability to translate analysis into concise messages for senior management and external audiences
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, Power BI and AI-enabled tools (mandatory)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Portuguese/Spanish a plus
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across functions
• Curiosity, initiative, proactiveness, attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute during busy periods
