Salary: up to €70,000+ bonus (depending on experience)
What would you do as our Finance Manager
As a Finance Manager, you will manage and control overall financial reporting and accounting operations, providing day-to-day support to the business and overseeing financial performance.
You would also be responsible for:• Ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting in line with IFRS and company standards• Preparing and supervising budgets, forecasts, and management reporting, including KPI analysis and performance tracking• Driving financial control, risk management, and compliance, including audits and governance processes• Supporting cash flow optimization, working capital management,
and investment monitoring (CAPEX)• Partnering with stakeholders across the business and supervising local payroll activities and HR administrative support
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:• Has at least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling within an international environment• Demonstrates strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and local GAAP) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A;)• Is comfortable working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders across regions• Has strong analytical skills and is able to translate financial data into business insights• Is fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken), with strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have: experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX and consolidation tools like OneStream.
