Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the Subscriptions squad to scale and optimize Monzo’s subscription products (Extra, Perks, Max) across markets. You’ll translate customer needs into initiatives, prioritise high-impact work, and partner with engineering, design, research, data, and marketing to deliver value and improve retention. You’ll collaborate with other Subscriptions squads to ensure a seamless customer experience and rely on data to measure success and guide expansion. This is an opportunity to shape growth at a fast-moving, customer-centric fintech.
